| In the year 2002 we started our own integration program whereby we supply Day Old Chicks, Feed, Medicines and Vaccines at our cost to the farmers. |

| After about 42 days the mature broiler birds are lifted from the integration farms and marketed through our 'Souza Chicken' wholesale and retail chains. The farmers are paid rearing charges based on the Feed Conversion Ratio (F.C.R.). |
